Led by:
Elana Kaufman & Jess Cherry

In this creative and heartfelt 5-week series, Elana & Jess will share their passion for meditation, taking you on a journey where nature and meditation connect to guide the way to deeper connection to your surroundings and increased your joy and aliveness.

Each week will center on one element’s expressions to foster a more intimate relationship with that element while playing with the dynamism and interconnections of the elements all together.

Through this practice, participants will be able to embody their earthly experience, meet and greet the various elements as they arise in the bodymind and earth with curious eyes, and find a community to relate with amidst these natural patterns.

each gathering in the series will include:

— Opening the circle and grounding meditation

— Introductions and creating a shared earth altar

— contemplative/expressive arts practice

— community sharing

— closing the circle and parting ways

— home work suggestions & invitations for each week
