About The Teacher:

Alexandria Gianakos, LMT, believes that practice of body connection comes in many forms. From her early days teaching community yoga, diving into a two-year Buddhist retreat, and then weaving in massage therapy, she’s always been interested in how our bodies communicate.

Alexandria values alignment, edges, and space as a guide to exploring the uncharted territories of body, speech, and mind. In her yoga practice, she often discovers new insights through different postures, while her bodywork practice deepens her understanding of the roots of personal pain.

She enjoys teaching classes grounded in the breath and devoted to our inner and physical landscapes.
